We established Open Horizon because we realized that there are too many people and organizations who are limited not by their own ability or choices but by the opportunity to excel. Whether they are held back due to structural racism, poverty, geographic limitations, economic inequality, lack of support, or any number of issues, we can clear a path to success by giving them the opportunity to acquire the skills and tools they need in order to realize their potential.
